The question is, as always, would two male characters ever be drawn like this? With one biting the lip of the other?

I could see a Wolverine/Sabretooth cover looking like this. It’s not really “sexy violence”, it’s more “feral violence”, and I could see those two fighting in a similar fashion.

I’ve gotta say, I don’t agree with you on this one. Were this a sexualized image, the cleavage would definitely be more noticeable, and the focus of the fight would be much heavier on the interlocked legs and clutching hands.
This is clearly more of a match up between cat related characters rather then a sexual thing. The only reason Ted Grant and his son aren’t involved is because no one wants to see old boxers hit on young women, and most people don’t like furry porn.
